OUR WARRANTY POLICY

At SLY&CO, each product is crafted with careful attention to detail, materials, and quality of construction. We take pride in the craftsmanship that defines our collections.

SLY&CO offers a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired.

A manufacturing defect is defined as an issue related to:

  • Construction (assembly)
  • Components (zippers, snap buttons, lining, etc.)

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper or excessive use
  • Inadequate care, improper use, incorrect cleaning, or improper storage conditions
  • Accidents (tears, abrasions, burns, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or deterioration caused by time or UV exposure
  • Negligence or product modifications
  • Natural leather odors

No exchanges or store credits will be issued for used products. Eligible items will be repaired only.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

Please contact us at service.clients@slyandco.com and include to evaluate your claim:

·       Proof of purchase or order number

·       A description of the issue (with supporting photos) 

The jacket must be clean before being submitted for repair. SLY&CO reserves the right to refuse repairs for items deemed excessively damaged or soiled. In such cases, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
