DELIVERY POLICY

    Sly&co.com is pleased to offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more for Canadian orders only (All International & USA orders are not eligible for Free shipping). All orders will be processed the same day or the next day. The coats will be sent in special cardboard boxes for maximum protection. 

    Standard delivery : Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

    Express delivery : Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. 

    All orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

    Delivery times might be slightly longer in certain rural areas. 

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Please note:

    • Recipients outside of Canada are responsible for all additional charges: (taxes, import taxes or customs fees).
    • Orders shipped to the United States and internationally are not subject to Canadian taxes.
    • We reserve the right to refuse orders to the United States or internationally.

    RETURN POLICY

    You may return your unused product for a full refund within 21 days of the purchase date. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

    Items with 35% off or Sample Items are not refundable, these are FINAL SALES. Items shipped to USA and/or Europe are FINAL SALE.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

    To complete your return, we require your order number.

    To return your product, you must contact our customer service at service.clients@slyandco.com to obtain your authorization return number 

    To validate your return, please include in your email the information below:

    • Order number
    • Style name
    • Color
    • Size
    Return reason among the following: too small, too big, wrong colour, article or defect (with a description of the issue).

    Once you received you received your authorization number please send your item to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    EXCHANGE POLICY (Quebec only)

    If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: service.clients@slyandco.com. 

    Exchanges can be done directly at our showroom at 9790 rue meunier, suite 200, H3L 2Y8 Montreal, QC CA, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m, Monday to Friday or

    To validate your exchange, please include in your email the information below:

    • Order number
    • Style name
    • Color
    • Size
    • Return exchange among the following: too small, too big

    Not applicable exchanges

    • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
    • Items sold to USA and Europe

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Refunds can take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
