Delivery & Return
At SLY&CO, every order is prepared with the same attention to detail as the garments themselves. Each coat is carefully packaged in a custom protective box to ensure it arrives in impeccable condition.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all Canadian orders over $250. Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to the United States or internationally.
Orders are processed within one business day and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly for remote or rural locations.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside Canada, recipients are responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, import taxes, and local charges.
Orders shipped to the United States and internationally are not subject to Canadian sales tax.
SLY&CO reserves the right to refuse or cancel international orders at its discretion.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused items within 21 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging attached
- Be accompanied by the original order number
Items marked 30% off, Sample Sale, or shipped to the United States or Europe are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at service.clients@slyandco.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Style name
- Color
- Size
- Reason for return:
- Too small
- Too large
- Wrong color
- Defective item (please include a description)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as SLY&CO cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages Be sure to write your RA# on the box to identify your package.
Exchanges (Quebec Only)
Exchanges are available exclusively within Quebec for the same item in a different size.
To request an exchange, please contact service.clients@slyandco.com with:
- Order number
- Style name
- Color
- Size requested
- Reason for exchange:
- Too small
- Too large
Exchanges may be completed:
- In person at our showroom, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (ask for an appointment).

Exchanges are not accepted for:
- Items not returned in original condition
- Items damaged for reasons unrelated to our error
- Returns requested more than 21 days after delivery
- Orders shipped to the United States or Europe
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider, as additional processing delays may apply.
